Provision of ex military subject matter experts (SMEs) for the Battlefield and Tactical Communications & Information Systems (BATCIS) Delivery Team. SMEs were embedded with design teams in General Dynamics UK (GDUK) supporting Product Management in the design and delivery of the Evolve to Open project of the Morpheus programme. 

Working within the LE TacCIS programme to embed User Centred Design. Created the Army Design Ops team  to facilitate the orchestration and optimisation of people, process and craft in order to amplify design’s value and impact at scale. Lead in the adoption of agile principles, tools, techniques, and the GDS Standard. 

Discovery of the Army Design System which includes the integration of Human Factors, Safety, DefStans & JSPs into the Army Service Manual. The Army Service Manual is based on the GDS Manual, but tailored for the nuances of the Army's deployed environment. 

Provision of Delivery Management, Agile Coaching, Business Analysis, User Research, Service Design, and Content Design for a 12 month project to conduct research and discovery activity for future tactical applications. Read about the discovery on the Defence Digital Blog
